Registration

Registration is open until December 03, 2023 (or earlier if the room occupancy limit is reached), and the registration fee is €40. 

The registration fee includes:

  • 2 lunches (must be booked on the registration process)
  • 4 coffee breaks
  • Transport between the city of Évora and the Mitra Centre (UÉvora buses)

Registration requires prior registration in the University of Évora’s event management system (Sistema de Gestão de Eventos-SGE) and must be done in accordance with the instructions below.

Please follow these steps for registration:
1. Register at https://sge.uevora.pt (you will receive a confirmation email to finalise your registration).
2. Log on to https://sge.uevora.pt and choose the VIII PhD Students Meeting in Environment and Agriculture from the list of active events (https://sge.uevora.pt/eventos/ver/1056).
3. Select the “Register” (“Inscrever”) option from the side options on the right-hand side.
4. After registering, select the “Confirm Registration” (“Confirmar Inscrição”) option.
5. Once your registration has been confirmed, select the “Confirm Payment” (“Confirmar o Pagamento”) option where you will be asked for your billing details and where you will need to upload proof of payment. Your registration will only be considered valid once payment has been confirmed.

Payment of Registration
The event must be paid for by bank transfer, using the following bank details:

SWIFT / BIC: TOTAPTPL

When making the bank transfer, please include the reference “VIIIEEDAA” as well as your first and last name and registration ID. If the transfer is made through your institution, make sure your name is also on the transfer. The proof of transfer must be uploaded to https://sge.uevora.pt under “Payment – Proof of payment” (“Pagamento – Comprovar pagamento”). Only after the proof has been uploaded will the registration be validated and the corresponding receipt issued.
